I think we must clarify the relationship between the take out app-company and restaurant. If you place order through the DELIVERY PLATFORM, restaurant is responsible for making the order on time for driver to pick up, take out app companies will responsible for pick up and delivery. If there is a situation where the order is not delivered or the foods are spilled, this is a problem of the take out company in the delivery process, and the restaurant cannot control the driver of the third-party delivery company. If you do not receive your order, driver takes long time to deliver, please call take out company. restaurant cannot do anything related to delivery app. If there are food quality problems, please contact restaurant.
