🎉Annonce importante 🎉
Car toute bonne chose a une fin ....
✨An English message will follow✨

🎉Important Announcement🎉
Because every good thing must come to an end...
Four years separate these two photos...
Five years ago, I arrived on Entry Island as a tourist, and the beauty of the landscapes instantly won my heart.
That was all it took for me to move here the following year.
The warm welcome from the community convinced me that I had found my new home.
The coffeeshop Marina Entry Island was the place where it all began. From the start of the project, I had the privilege of co-creating with Olivier Renaud and Laurence Oligny-Roy. Shortly after, I founded Esprit Nature with the vision of bringing vitality to Entry Island and creating healthy dishes for the Madelinots.
These past years have been among the most beautiful of my life. After five years of living here, I feel enriched by diverse experiences shared with fantastic people and by the daily inspiration of nature’s beauty.
Yet, I’ve come to the conclusion that a chapter is ending here for me. Those who know me well are aware that I like to explore and feel called to embark on new adventures soon.
I therefore officially announce that I will be leaving Entry Island in the coming months. I will cease my activities at the coffeeshop as well as my catering business, this autumn.
If anyone is interested in taking over the catering and salad operations, please contact me privately.
As for the coffeeshop on Entry Island, we are looking for one or more individuals who wish to invest in this project and in the Entry Island community in the long term.
Please contact Laurence Oligny-Roy regarding this matter!
I feel full of gratitude for everything Entry Island has given me, and I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to Esprit Nature over the years:
Mackenzie Coursol
Geneviève Audet
Claudie Caron-Veilleux
Virginie Sauvignat
Anne-Marie Lanteigne
Chantal Roy
Victor Bilodeau
Noémie Bourgeois-Martin
Nancy Ferraria
Sylvie Poirier

Thank you all for your support !
It’s been a pleasure serving you 💛
