This serves to inform you that Elizabeth Mauricio, owner of Crazy Chicken located at 29 Talbot St E, Leamington, ON N8H 1L1, needs to hire a Mexican Speciality Chef, who speaks both English and Spanish. In her advertisement she indicated that she wished to specifically target Newcomers, Apprentices and Visible Minorities for the positions. The wage of $19 /hour was advertised as were the position requirements which stated the following: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Mexican Speciality Chef with a Culinary Diploma. Must be bilingual – English and Spanish. Duties: Chef must plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities and prepare and cook meals and specialty foods. Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods, such as pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meat, poultry and fish dishes, and create decorative food displays for special events such as banquets. Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food. Create new recipes. Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff. May plan menus. May requisition food and kitchen supplies.
