If you don’t already know her, this is our Head Brewer and C***r maker Chelsea!. She started here at Five Roads making b**r with Adam and quickly learned each and every aspect of our brewery. Her genuine genuis has brought us so many new creations over the last three years that b**r just wasn’t enough. With her previous experience in w**e making, c***r was the obvious next exploration for her. And shes done an amazing job! In our first year of c***r making she put out over 10 new flavors on tap and developed our beloved Original Dry at 6.5%.

If everyone could give a big CHEERS to Chelsea, this girl deserves it!
