This is the salad I look forward to all year long.
Our Summer Salad starts with fresh mixed greens, then is loaded with cherry tomatoes, roasted chickpeas, roasted peppers, cucumber, blueberries, strawberries and goat cheese, all dressed in our homemade Honey Citrus Vinaigrette (dressing recipe available on our blog).
A little sweet, a little savoury, and full of summer flavour. Come enjoy it while it’s here! 🍓🫐
