🎉 Bonne fête, Le Grand!!! 🎉

The man. The myth. The legend.

The visionary who looked at Knowlton and thought, “You know what this town needs? Wood-fired pizza and really, really good beer.” He wasn’t wrong!

Since then, he’s helped bring countless pints, pizzas, questionable ideas, and unforgettable nights to Knowlton and beyond.

Today, we’re raising a glass to the guy who helped make it all happen.

Guys. Guys.

There seems to have been some confusion following our last post about everyone’s favourite cool cat, Caleb.

Let’s set the record straight: Caleb is alive, well, thriving, and still a very important part of the Kco family. ❤️

In fact, he’s doing so well that we couldn’t keep him locked up in the boutique. He’s hit the open road as our full-time Sales Guy Extraordinaire, spreading the good word of beer far and wide.

Which leaves us with one small problem…

We need someone to fill those very large shoes at the boutique. 👀

If you’re friendly, outgoing, and don’t mind talking beer, merch, and all things Kco, we’d love to hear from you.

Le printemps s’est clairement pointé en mode “je suis en retard”… mais bon, on lui en veut pas trop...

On regarde vers l’avant et on dit bye bye aux gros plats d’hiver pour faire place à du plus léger, plus bright, plus estival !

Le miel épicé, capicollo & mascarpone sont de retour, et oui — le tartare de saumon aussi est back au menu.

Passe nous voir et viens découvrir tes nouveaux coups de cœur de l’été!
