Good morning lovely Kitimat,
This was not the post I was wanting to share today โฅ๏ธ
With a heavy heart we're announcing that Dolce Verona will be CLOSING on December 13th 2022.
I've been business for the past 4 years and I've learnt and grew on the job so much โฅ๏ธ
I became a first time mom and a business owner all in once. I used to cook at Dolce Verona until 1am with my premature baby sleeping beside the oven. And when I couldn't mg ex husband would come and help after a long shift at RTA.
Then a pandemic hit. It hasn't been easy but... we survived! ๐ช
In the past 2 years a lot have happened and it has brought us to take this hard decision.
I wanted to thank all the best employees I've had the pleasure to work with through the years. Chelsea Pacheco, Emily Gunn, Sara Prychitko, Payten Ridley, Jenny and Joanne Hofer, Debbie, Sherry and her daughter Elizabeth. I wish you the best and your work was very appreciated.
A special thank you goes to Cindy Littman who was by my side for 3 years been in business and I couldn't have done it without her. Your passion for baking and your loyalty foe the job was noticeable.
Most of all, a deep warm hearted thank you foe my sister, Sara Valerio, who left her life in Italy, our family, a stable job and a house to come rescue me when I needed it the most.
She has been a second mom in the house and a hard and dedicated worker at Dolce Verona.
I'm thankful for you daily.
But most of all, THANK YOU ALL LOVELY PEOPLE that have been supporting me, my little family and my business through this years.
I'VE LOVED MAKING PIZZAS FOR YOU AND ILL DEEPLY MISS IT. ๐
Pizza nights are canceled until closing also. My apologies. You're all in my heart.

Love you all,
Ivette.
Simeon.
