Hello friends. It’s been a long while, hope everyone is doing great and having the time of their lives!!!

The food truck was supposed to start up sooner rather than later unfortunately I bummed my ankle and now waiting on this to get better.

I figured see if anyone likes hot stuff. I make this Szechuan chilli oil every few month for myself. I made a big batch and if you like this sort of stuff it’s awesome!
