After yesterday’s unexpected water shutdown, we’re finally back! 💧✨

Today, Sushi Star is open and running as usual.
Our team is back, our wonderful guests are back, and the restaurant is full of energy again! 🍣❤️

Seeing everyone walk through the doors and hearing the restaurant come alive again makes us truly happy.

Grateful for our team. Grateful for our guests. Grateful for another busy and beautiful day. 🙏

Thank you for always supporting Sushi Star! ❤️🍣

A Saturday we didn’t expect.

No water. No service. A quiet restaurant on what should have been one of our busiest days.

The team has gone home, and it’s just me, a knife, and a pile of cucumbers. 🥒🔪

Nothing else to do… so might as well practice. 😄

Running a restaurant for so many years has taught me one thing:
when the day doesn’t go as planned, keep moving forward.

Today, we practice.
Tomorrow, we come back stronger. 💪🍣

Friday night at Sushi Star. ❤️

A full dining room, guests waiting, and so many familiar faces…

Moments like this remind us to never take your support for granted.

After all these years, we’re still truly grateful for every guest who walks through our doors, every meal shared with us, and every bit of support along the way.

Thank you for keeping us busy.
Thank you for choosing Sushi Star.
Most of all, thank you for being part of our journey. 🙏

Grateful, always. ❤️🍣

Day off… but somehow I still ended up at the sushi bar. 😄🥑

Just me, an avocado, and a little knife practice.

20 years in, still practicing. Still learning. 🔪
