⭐️Shining a light on the Domestic Violence Victims Alliance (DVVA)⭐️
Today we are highlighting an incredible local organization that is making a difference right here in Kitchener and the surrounding community - the Domestic Violence Victims Alliance (DVVA).
Founded in 2022, the DVVA is dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence recover, rebuild and thrive after abuse.
One of the ways DVVA makes a impact is through Retail Therapy KW Thrift, where donated items help generate funds for survivors while also providing opportunities for survivors to select items they need for their new, safe homes. Their goal is simple: help take some of the financial burden out of starting over.
