This washed Red Bourbon reminds us of mandarin, honey, and milk oolong tea.

A ‘Lactic’ Pink Bourbon by Luis Anibal who specializes in exotic varieties grown on his farm, Villa Betulia in Acevedo, Colombia. This special lot reminds us watermelons, pink fruitopia, and panela.

We’ve partnered up with the super awesome talented nukhetcubukcular] to bring art and coffee together.
Our two new coffees feature her interpretation of the Zombie Queen 🧟‍♀️

The Coffees:
‘BUMI’ Kintamani Bali, Indonesia
by
A yeast-inoculated washed Kartika variety from the island of Bali. Our impressions of this coffee are Pecan, Toffee, and Pear. This super sweet coffee would be ideal for espresso.

LA PAPAYA, Ecuador
Hacienda La Papaya owned and operated by the famous specialty coffee producer Juan Peña. This coffee is for your fermentation nerds out there 🤓⚗️
This special Typica coffee is a natural Anaerobic that involves a 100 hour anaerobic fermentation with the whole cherry along with Mossto the liquid by-product of this type of fermentation that is re-circulated to stimulate further fermentation. This coffee is fruity and florally. Impressions of Rose, BlackBerry, and Lychee.
