After 10 on weekends, the lights go down and the DJs turn it up. Lets get social! LaVida is not your ordinary bistro bar. It's what happens when an energetic, outgoing Cuban collides with a fun-loving Canadian. It's chique, chique no control + slow down Papi. It's an experience and we invite you to come spend some time with us. We want to create an atmosphere that is social above all else. Listen to live music, sing loudly, learn to play dominoes, dance... always dance. This is place where age has no number (unless you're under 19 and it's past 9 pm... sorry). It's a place to meet new friends and feel like you're on vacation. We host a variety of events, Latin dance lessons, dances and parties, team building and so much more.

Come for cocktails and small plates, catch up with friends, meet someone new or head upstairs for a night of dancing. Two floors, plenty of reasons to get out in Kingston’s west end.

♠️ WEDNESDAY
Euchre on the main floor at 7 PM—just for fun, 19+.
Upstairs: dance lessons with Alex, Bonnie & Maria.

🥂 THURSDAY
Single & Social starts at 7 PM. A relaxed evening to meet, mingle and enjoy good company. Everyone is welcome, with regular dining and bar seating available throughout the evening.

✨ FRIDAY & SATURDAY — MAIN FLOOR
Intimate Evenings at La Vida: cocktails, small plates and music to set the mood. Enjoy a complimentary small bite from our kitchen between 6–9 PM—a little welcome to start your evening.

Bring your date or gather your friends. Reservations encouraged, and let us know if you’re celebrating something special!

After 10 PM, the music gets a little louder and more upbeat, keeping the mood lively for conversation and connection.

🎧 FRIDAY — THE LOFT
DJ SpinCat brings the club anthems from 10 PM–2 AM.
No cover. Dress to impress! 19+

🔥 SATURDAY — THE LOFT
At 6 PM, Pleasure Island presents our Fashion Show — Lingerie Edition! Cheer on the models and enjoy an evening with a little extra flair.
Tickets at lavida.social under Plan/Book.

Then, from 10 PM–2 AM, DJ Moeyet takes over for Spotlight Saturdays with Top 40, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Dance, House and more.
Ladies free before midnight · $10 cover · 19+

Mauricio & His Gypsy Guitar, live from 2–4 PM.
$30 advance · $40 at the door

Stay for Latin music and dancing from 4–6 PM, with no cover for the social. Food and drinks available—make an afternoon of it!

Doors open Wednesday–Friday at 5 PM, Saturday at 6 PM and Sunday at 1 PM.
