I hope everyone had a warm and cozy Thanksgiving celebrating with friends, family, and chosen family! 🧡 We ordered a cake to bring to our Thanksgiving host’s home from the wonderful Lindsay, a local baker in Chesterville, and it was a HIT! She made us a delicious carrot cake with cream cheese icing that everyone enjoyed.

Lindsay is such a lovely and friendly person, and I just wanted to give her a little shoutout for the sweetness she brings to the community! She also makes sugar cookies, regular cookies, other sweet treats, and cakes. Plus, I love watching her behind-the-scenes reels! It’s always wonderful to support talented local small businesses.

With Treats N Eats coming to an end at the end of December, these are the treats available for the remaining months of the business.

If there’s something you’ve ordered before, something you’ve always wanted to try, or something you don’t see on the menu, send me a message! I may be able to make it happen before this chapter comes to a close. ❤️

This little business has brought me so many wonderful memories, and I’d love to fill these last few months with some more sweet orders, happy customers, and chocolate covered decadence. 🍫

As I head into my final few months, your support means more than ever right now.

As many of you know, Treats N Eats will be closing its doors at the end of December. 😢 Before I officially wrap up this little chapter, I’d love to make the most of these final few months, and I would love your support. I posted my Halloween Treats Menu and the Christmas Advent Calendars, and I’d be so grateful if you considered supporting my small business this season. 🫶🏽

I have been thinking long and hard about this decision, this is incredibly hard for me to even write. I’ve gotten emotional and teary just putting these words together.

After 4.5 years in business, with 2027 marking what would have been our 5-year milestone, I’ve made the difficult decision that Treats N Eats will officially be closing on December 31, 2026.

Treats N Eats has been such a special part of my life. I truly connected with this community, made some wonderful friendships, met and networked with so many incredible people and organizations, and had the opportunity to share my creations with so many amazing customers. Thank you to everyone!! Your unwavering support never went unnoticed.

The reality is that I just don’t have the time and commitment that being a confectioner requires anymore. There is so much behind the scenes, prepping, planning, packaging, chocolate dipping, baking and all the little nitty-gritty things that come with it.

While this is a difficult decision, I know it’s the right time to close this chapter. But we’re not done just yet! I’ll be having some AWESOME sales over the next few months to use up my chocolate and supplies, and I absolutely LOVE Halloween and the Christmas/holiday season! 🎃🎄
