I've always made my own dressing in a jar, and in July 1995, looking for a way to work from home while raising my twin girls, I decided to bottle it.
That first dressing, our Okanagan's Original Vinaigrette, was made with raspberries, basil, and garlic grown right here on the farm. My dad would sit for hours labeling bottles, and friends helped hand-colour the labels.
Every flavour celebrates Okanagan fruit, every batch is lovingly made, and every bottle carries the integrity of the land that raised us. π€
