From all of us at Pho K Fusion, Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁 We're thankful for everyone who has supported us and shared a meal with us.

We've recently updated our menu and added some new dishes we're really excited to share with you!

Tamarind-Glazed Crispy Tofu
Golden, crispy tofu tossed in a sweet and tangy tamarind glaze, finished with crispy onions, fresh herbs and scallions.

Chả Nem | Northern Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Golden and crunchy on the outside, filled with a savoury mixture of vegetables and traditional Vietnamese flavours. A classic worth sharing.

Vietnamese-Style Chicken Wings
Crispy, juicy wings tossed in a sweet garlic fish sauce glaze. Sticky, savoury and full of flavour.

Tamarind Jammy Eggs
Soft, jammy egg yolks with a rich tamarind glaze, topped with crispy onions and fresh herbs. A little sweet, a little tangy.

Crispy Calamari
Lightly battered squid rings, fried golden and served with Thai sweet chili sauce and aioli for dipping.

Shrimp & Veggie Tempura
Light, crispy battered shrimp and vegetables, served with a savoury soy glaze.

Thai Chicken Satay
Tender grilled chicken skewers served over fresh greens with creamy peanut sauce. Smoky, savoury and a little nutty.

👉 Our Pho Special has rare beef, brisket, meatballs, tendon and beef shank.

👉 Build Your Own Pho Ga, we simmer chicken bones for over six hours, then you choose your toppings and noodles.

👉 Vegan Pho, it's a slow-simmered vegetable broth, tofu and vegetables.

Your bowl, your way. Chicken bone broth simmered for over 6 hours, with napa cabbage and tomato. Choose up to three additions from chicken, wonton, BBQ pork, shrimp, rare beef or veggies. Finish with rice noodles, egg noodles, udon or vermicelli.

👉 Phở Special
The full lineup. Rare beef, brisket, meatballs, tendon and beef shank in a rich beef broth.

👉 Vegan Phở
Slow-simmered vegetable broth filled with tofu and colourful vegetables. Plant-based comfort by the bowl.

How have you taken those childhood dishes and adapted them for people you’re serving here in Ottawa?

At Pho K Fusion, our Authentic Menu is about sharing those dishes the way I know them, while creating something our community here can enjoy and make their own favourite.

These are the dishes I grew up with. The memories from home that I wanted to bring with me to Ottawa.
