Happy Tuesday Night Fam! We had an absolutely silly busy weekend out at the Ranch for the Octoberfest Tournament! Always a great time to be had when we work along side Dave at Biggz. Thank you Micheal for having us!

We have a very short 2 day week ahead. We need a few days to rest, and We need Saturday off to vote. We do have a wickedly tasty menu for you, so let's do a Menu/Location Drop.

Menu:

1) Gua Bao. Kamloops favourite bao
2) Tzuyu's San Bei Ji. Taiwanese Braised Chicken
3) The Jeon Somi's Tofu KFC Bao.

Bowls:

1) The Reveluv. Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly over Jennie's Kimchi Fried Rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers, Yellow Pickled Daikon, and finished with Green Onion. Add a Mayak Egg for $2

2) Mapo Tofu. Traditional Szechuan Dish. Ground Beef and Tofu in a addictively numbing sauce, Pickled mustard greens. One of my favorites

We have a very odd week coming at you. This week's menu drop is our Wednesday Menu only! Let's get on to the Menu/Location Drop

Menu:

1) Gua Bao: Kamloops favourite bao
2) Jisoo's Pink Venom, Pacific Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese, Cucumbers, Nori, Quickled Red Onions finished with GojuMayo
3) Yeri's Sweet Potato Roll Bao. Our most requested Vegetarian offering. Panko Fried Sweet Potato with Nori, Cucumber, Cream Cheese finished with Sumi Sauce

Bowls:

1) The Reveluv: Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly over Jennie's Kimchi Fried Rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers, Yellow Pickled Daikon and finished with Green Onion. Add a Mayak Egg for $2

2) Blackpink Jjajmyeon: Classic Korean Noodle dish, with a twist. Black Bean sauced Pork belly over Prickly Pear Pink noodles finished with Yellow Pickled Daikon and Slivered Cucumbers.

We Kpopped over at Overlander's Longterm Care today, and have a shorter than usual schedule this week. Next week is a big one! We are doing an old-school, most requested menu this week, so it's full of some of our faves.

Sorry for the late drop, Hana and I have been prepping hard all day.
We have a pretty awesome menu for this week, because i am making it up as we go. Look for Daily Bao and bowl features. (Wednesday's features bowl is; if I may say; outstanding!)
Let's Drop some Locations/Menu

Menu:

1) Gua Bao. Kamloops favourite bao
2) Feature Bao: Rotating dailey this week
3) Tofu Tonkatsu Bao. Japanese fave with a vegetarian twist

Bowls:

1) The Reveluv: Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly over Jennie's Kimchi Fried Rice with Shikuko Slaw, Cucumbers, Yellow Pickled Daikon and finished with Green Onion

2) Thai Curry Massaman. Available Wednesday. Often called Thailand's best curry and one of the best bites in the World, I have been wanting to drop this bad boy on you for the past four years. Slow Braised thai curried beef, Carrots, potatoes, Quickled Red Onions and Cilantro served over rice with Cucumbers and Fresh Tomato. Absolutely delicious!

Happy Tuesday Night Fam! Big Thanx to the EKBIA for having us at the Valleyview Block Party! We had a great time and met so many new VV Fam. Kamsamnida! RIH, thank you again for another awesome Monday. You guys cleaned us out! We have another busy week ahead. Westsyde, we will see this Friday and Tapesrty Festival hosted by Patti and Jeremy over at the NSBIA, you know we are pumped for that!
