Meals are made 4 times per week so you always eat fresh! And....WE CAN DELIVER IT TO YOUR DOOR! Why we do it...

Meals are prepared fresh daily for each weekday, and then delivered the same day by noon. Menus are posted Tuesday/wednesday weekly and the deadline to order for the week is Friday 5pm. For the preorder/delivery service we offer the larger GAINER SIZE which is 1.5-2x the size of the regular basic size sold at the many locations. Message us and we will gladly let you know our current locations where are meals are sold! Our focus is on food that not only tastes great, but is healthy while appetizing to your other senses. No one wants to eat food that looks like it came from a can or was flash frozen. At work or home, what you'll receive is freedom, peace of mind and spectacular value, without compromising taste! your life back into your hands where it belongs!
