He opened the restaurant in January 2006 but hasn’t been here since the restraining order of 2007. But seriously, Evil Dave’s Grill is a locally owned restaurant that features our globally inspired menu. Our culinary team create “wicked food”. We use Alberta’s best bison, beef, poultry, and fresh produce. Our bartenders create unique cocktails and martinis while paying tribute to the classics. We

use premium spirits, housemade purées, and fresh citrus fruits. Our service team are professional and experienced, suggesting drink pairings, answer dietary questions and recommending menu items to satisfy your needs.
