The smell in the bakery today... 🤤

Tomorrow's market bake is in full swing! Here's a little time-lapse of one batch of my sourdough doing its thing. Every loaf is mixed, shaped and baked by hand, and I honestly never get tired of watching it come to life.

I'll have all the usual favourites waiting for you tomorrow:

Wild Mountain Music Festival weekend is here! 🎶🏔️

The sourdough sticky buns are fresh out of the oven and ready for all you festival-goers! Soft, gooey, made from scratch, and the perfect way to kick off a day of music in the mountains.

The Lynn's Place food trailer is at the festival all weekend, serving up all-day breakfast, Sammie's, burgers, poutine, fresh-cut fries, and plenty of homemade baking.

NEW BREAD ALERT

Meet the newest loaf joining the lineup... Multigrain Bread!

This hearty loaf is packed with whole grain flours, oats, cornmeal, flax seed, psyllium husk, fenugreek, dandelion root, burdock root, and a touch of molasses for rich, earthy flavour. It's soft, hearty, and makes incredible toast, sandwiches, or just a warm slice with butter.

$12 per loaf

You can grab a loaf:
Wednesdays at the Jasper Farmers' Market 11 AM–3 PM

Thursday through Sunday at Lynn's Place 9 AM–5 PM

Lynn's Place is looking for another awesome human to join our little team!

I'm hiring for two part-time positions:

Wednesday Farmers' Market Crew
Wednesdays, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Help sell fresh sourdough, Montreal-style bagels, sticky buns and all the good things while chatting with our amazing community.

Part-Time Baker
Baking experience is required. You'll help create naturally leavened sourdough, hand-rolled Montreal-style bagels, and other fresh baking that brings a whole lot of joy to Jasper.

At Lynn's Place, we're building more than good food. We're creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone belongs. We're proudly queer-owned, community-minded, and believe kindness, laughter, and good vibes are just as important as great baking.

Fresh baked, ooey gooey vegan sourdough sticky buns are out of the oven and at the trailer!

If you've had one before, you already know. If you haven't... today's the day.

Soft, fluffy sourdough, loaded with sticky goodness, and completely vegan. I make a limited batch, so once they're gone, they're gone.
