“My Day” - I’m just over here scooping, blending, pouring, cleaning, and doing it all over again with the rest of the energetic Fuze Food crew!

Our days are filled with frozen fruit, the hum of blenders, and the occasional “Can you make mine extra thick?” challenge.

But our favourite part? When there’s just a little extra left in the blender.

That’s when the team gets to taste their handiwork, sneak a joyful sip, and remind ourselves exactly why we love what we do.

We almost broke up with gluten-free wraps - then we met the one!

You know the struggle… one wrong move and they crack, split, or completely fall apart before they make it to your table.

But then… our prayers were answered.

We found a new gluten-free wrap that actually holds together, tastes amazing, and lets us build all your Fuze favourites without the wrap throwing in the towel halfway through.

We crushed our first Friday of the long weekend rush — and we’re feeling incredibly thankful this Saturday morning.

To every customer who waited patiently in line, ordered online, grabbed smoothies for the lake, picked up dinner after a long day outside, or made Fuze part of your weekend plans… thank you. Whether you’re a longtime regular or visiting us for the first time, we appreciate every single one of you.

Our summer staff absolutely showed up yesterday and we’re having such a blast working alongside them as the busy season kicks off. The energy, the teamwork, the pace — summer at Fuze is officially here.

We’re back at it today from 11am–8pm serving up all your favourites before we close Sunday to recharge and reset for the week ahead.
