It’s cold. It’s refreshing. It’s the kind of drink that disappears before you’ve made it back to the boat, golf course, beach, or patio.

It’s our house-brewed blend of berry tea, orange pekoe, and green tea. Then we sweeten it with local honey and wild berry juice.

POV: You’re trying to make a healthy choice… and then you walk past the dessert fridge.

One minute you’re ordering a smoothie. The next you’re standing there debating whether cheesecake counts as self-care.

From house-made treats to bakery favourites, our dessert fridge has been working overtime tempting even the strongest among us. We can’t promise restraint, but we can promise it’s worth it.

Not to get all sentimental on a Saturday… but nothing fires us up quite like hearing, “We came in because of your Reel.”

Seriously.

We spend a lot of time dreaming up smoothie skits, filming wraps in their good lighting, and convincing our staff to be internet famous for 15 seconds at a time. So when someone walks through the door and says they saw us online first, it absolutely makes our day.

“My Day” - I’m just over here scooping, blending, pouring, cleaning, and doing it all over again with the rest of the energetic Fuze Food crew!

Our days are filled with frozen fruit, the hum of blenders, and the occasional “Can you make mine extra thick?” challenge.

But our favourite part? When there’s just a little extra left in the blender.

That’s when the team gets to taste their handiwork, sneak a joyful sip, and remind ourselves exactly why we love what we do.

We almost broke up with gluten-free wraps - then we met the one!

You know the struggle… one wrong move and they crack, split, or completely fall apart before they make it to your table.

But then… our prayers were answered.

We found a new gluten-free wrap that actually holds together, tastes amazing, and lets us build all your Fuze favourites without the wrap throwing in the towel halfway through.
