Out of all the drawings of the Airstream we’ve received over the past couple of years, Aubrey’s is definitely one of my favourites! 🍟🥔

She stopped by the other day with this amazing drawing as a little thank you for P.B's contributing as a sponsor to her hockey team, and it absolutely made my day.

I already have the perfect spot in mind to hang this one up at home!

You guys absolutely crushed it for us in this round of Heart FM’s French Fry Showdown! ❤️

We received an incredible 816 votes this round, even more than we received in the last round! The amount of support you guys have been showing our little chip stand throughout this competition has been unbelievable, and we genuinely cannot thank you enough.

Because of you, P.B's is officially moving on to the next round happening September 2nd! 🏆

One of our favourite parts about launching something new? Getting to share it with people in our community!🍟💛

Whenever we create a new menu item, we usually make one up for photos and once we get the perfect shot, we’d much rather surprise someone local with a free meal than let some seriously good food go to waste.

This time around that someone was one of the awesome staff members at Goodwill here in Ingersoll! We dropped off our Big Dill Smash Bowl for him to try, and we’re happy to say it was a hit!

The Big Dill Smash Bowl is loaded with fresh-cut fries, two smashed brisket patties, melted Swiss cheese, pickles, garlic aioli and dill seasoning, all finished with two full-sized dill pickle spears.

Basically, if you LOVE pickles, we made this one for you.

Our new Specialty Smash Bowls are available EXCLUSIVELY at our P.B’s Canadian Tire location and you can turn any of our specialty burgers into a Smash Bowl!

Yesterday was an incredibly special day for me. My longtime girlfriend, Valerie and I got engaged, and I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter of our lives together.

If you’ve caught me at P.B's lately, there’s a good chance you’ve heard me talking about how excited I was for this moment.

The customers and community around P.B’s have become such a huge part of my life over the years. So many of you have gotten to know me personally, watched me grow alongside the business, and have met Valerie along the way as well.

Because of that, I thought it would be really special to share a couple of photos from yesterday with all of you.

I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter of our lives together, and I’m so happy I get to share a little piece of it with the P.B’s community❤️

We’re SUPER excited to officially introduce the P.B's Smash Bowl Series! 🔥🍟

This one actually started with our customers and staff.

One of our most frequent customers, Andrea has been ordering our 1964 Burger turned into a Smash Bowl for a while now. Then one of our staff members, Kaylee suggested we take the idea even further and turn more of our specialty burgers into Smash Bowls.

Meet the lineup:

THE OG SMASH BOWL – $16 + tax

The one that started it all.

A bed of our fresh-cut fries loaded with two Smashburger patties, melted cheese, diced tomato, onion and pickle, all drizzled with our smash sauce.

THE 1964 SMASH BOWL – $19.64 + tax

Our 1964 Burger, but taken to another level.

Fresh-cut fries loaded with two Smashburger patties, melted cheese, freshly chopped bacon, crispy onions, barbecue sauce and garlic aioli.

If you already love the 1964 Burger, you NEED to try this one.

THE BIG DILL SMASH BOWL – $19 + tax

Calling all pickle lovers.

Fresh-cut fries topped with two Smashburger patties, melted Swiss cheese, loads of chopped pickles, dill seasoning and garlic aioli, finished with two pickle spears on top.
