Igloolik Co-op C-Store is reopening on March 30, ready to welcome the community back through its doors.

Beginning opening day, the store will operate daily from 1 PM to Midnight, seven days a week-making it easier for Members to access essentials at times that work best for them.

Thank you to the community for the continued patience and support. The team looks forward to reconnecting and serving everyone again soon.

At Igloolik Co-op, we care about the safety and quality of the products available in our store. Our team regularly reviews product dates and follows standard retail practices to help ensure items on our shelves meet appropriate quality and safety standards.

We also understand that product labels can sometimes be confusing. A “best before” date refers to quality rather than safety, and many foods may still be safe to consume after this date when properly stored.

Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. If anyone has questions about a product or its date labelling, our staff are always happy to help.
