The Wildflower Honey & Harissa Grilled Chicken is new to the Seasonal Three-Course Menu this year but has quickly become a favourite!

We use local Ontario honey from Hunking Honey in Flesherton, Ontario to create this dish. You can find their products at several farmers’ markets in Ontario and they also offer beekeeping supplies to help customers start their own honey production.
