❤️ THANK YOU, HUNTSVILLE! ❤️
CLOSED TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST — PREP & RESTOCK DAY
First and foremost, we want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported us during our first few days of opening. The amount of support we’ve received has honestly been incredible, and we are extremely grateful to everyone who has ordered, stopped by, shared our posts, recommended us, and given us a chance.
We will be CLOSED tomorrow, Tuesday, September 1st.
Because of the overwhelming support, we have sold out of almost everything! We need to take Tuesday to restock and spend the entire day prepping so that we can come back fully prepared. We will reopen Wednesday and resume our regular hours.
We also want to apologize to anyone who experienced longer wait times, especially during dinner. From approximately 4 PM–7 PM, a very large number of orders come in at the same time, and there is only so much food our kitchen can cook at once while still making everything fresh and properly.
📞 A quick note about our phones: If you call and it goes to voicemail, it usually means both of our phone lines are currently in use. During the dinner rush, we recommend trying us again a few times. We promise we’re not ignoring your calls — we’re just extremely busy!
We’ve also officially been open for less than ONE WEEK, so we know there are things we can improve, and there will be many improvements coming.
We genuinely appreciate constructive criticism. If there is something you didn’t enjoy or something you think we can improve, please come talk to us, call us, email us, or send us a message. We are more than happy to listen and address your concerns. We want to hear what the people of Huntsville like and don’t like because ultimately, we are cooking for you.
We came from a small town in Haliburton, where over time we built our restaurant to a 4.5-star rating on Google. We didn’t get there overnight, and we certainly didn’t get there by refusing to listen to our customers. We learned, adjusted and improved — and we’re going to do exactly the same thing here in Huntsville.
We’ve already noticed certain dishes receiving more feedback than others, including our Lemon Chicken, Chicken Soo Guy and Szechuan dishes. We’re listening, and we’ll be making adjustments to improve them and better suit what our Huntsville customers enjoy.
If you’re looking for a crispy chicken dish with some spice, we highly recommend trying our Orange Chicken (Our version of general tao [it does not taste like orange]). 🍊🔥
If you’re looking for a beef dish with a little kick, give our Black Pepper Beef a try!
And remember — we can always make your dish spicier upon request. 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Everyone’s taste is different, and over time we’ll continue adjusting and improving our food based on what our customers enjoy most. Our goal is to take what we’ve learned in Haliburton and combine it with what the people of Huntsville want.
Please be patient with us while we learn, improve and grow. We’re still finding our rhythm, but we promise we’re listening.
Thank you again, Huntsville, for the tremendous support and for literally eating us out of food! 😂❤️
