Williston Lake Resort is situated in the foothills of the Northern Rocky Mountains, on the

shores of the largest reservoir in Canada. The reservoir was formed forty years ago, with the construction of BC Hydro’s W.A.C. Tours of the dam and adjacent underground powerhouse are available daily during the summer. It is an honour to share this special place with our guests. Our region is the Canada richest in game and wildlife. The untouched nature around the Lodge offers living space for white head eagle and osprey, beaver, Wapiti Elk, white tail deer, mule deer, coyotes, wolves, moose, black, brown and grizzly bear. Here you can watch all these animals far away from which also in Canada observe starting mass tourism, in their natural surrounding area. Directly in front of our Lodge mule deer, whitetail deer wapiti elk and moose quiet often graze peacefully. You will experience amazing moments, full of peace.

🍻 Looking for some extra help!
Hi everyone! We’re a bit short-staffed at the lodge and looking for a few people who’d like to make some extra money helping us with restaurant service on weekends and during the first two weeks of September, including the long weekend.

💰 $19.75/hour + tips
⛽ +$20/day for gas

You’ll need your own transportation to get to the lodge.

IMMEDIATE HIRING

We’re looking for someone to join our team ASAP for the end of the summer season and winter at Williston Lake Resort, a remote lodge located in Hudson’s Hope, BC.

ONE LONG-TERM POSITION AVAILABLE.
Couples are also welcome to apply for a short-term contract.

The role is in hospitality and includes general lodge duties (housekeeping, guest service, and restaurant service). As we are a small remote lodge with a small team, versatility and teamwork are an important part of daily life here. It is a light-duty, versatile hospitality position where everyone helps each other depending on the day’s needs.

If you enjoy peace, nature, and wildlife, this is a great opportunity to experience authentic off-grid living until at least November, with the possibility of extending into the winter season.

Starting wage: $18.25/hour + tips.

Staff accommodation, meals, and utilities are available at a fair price. If accommodation is chosen, there are essentially no additional living expenses, making this a great opportunity to save money during the season.

Valid Canadian work permit/status required.
