After 22 remarkable years at “Le Vieux Château”, we say goodbye and a big “thank you” to a truly valued member of our team. Kathy Charbonneau, your dedication, professionalism, and unwavering punctuality set a standard that never went unnoticed. You greeted each day—and every customer—with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and a grace that made mornings better for everyone around you.

Through busy shifts and early starts, you carried yourself with quiet strength and never once complained. Your consistency, positivity, and care have left a lasting impression on both our team and our guests.

Wishing you all the happiness and relaxation in this next chapter—you’ve more than earned it. You will be sincerely missed. ❤️

With love,
Neil, Sotiri, Popi, Stamo & staff
