🌧️🍽️ Monsoon Madness is coming to Brix Experience 🍷✨
Join Chef Rohit Pinto (Chef Ro) at Brix Experience, Moncton for a fun, flavorful evening inspired by the Indian monsoon.

📅 Date: 8th August
🕕 Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Location: Brix Experience, Moncton

For beginner–intermediate cooks (and yes—kids are welcome too, with adults as the main focus!).
Work in groups or individually to create Chef Rohit’s signature monsoon-inspired dishes—modern, multi-element plates that blend traditional Indian techniques with western ingredients.

Expect a casual, social atmosphere with:

Here's what's going on with us in August. The Brix Experience classes are ones which are very close to my heart. Both classes in August have been taken from chapters of my book, The Goan Rhapsody. Monsoon Madness focuses on food typically eaten in the state of Goa, India during the monsoon months when water is abundant and everything else is in scarcity. The Goan Sunday lunch is something that every Catholic Goan family grew up eating. Both classes feature dishes which are flavourful, hearty and comforting and reflect family recipes passed down to me from my grandmother and mother.

If cooking isn't your jam, then just show up at the Garrison Night Market on the 6th and the 20th for some nice Goan food.

It's been busy and we've not had time to update you all. We will be at the Garrison Night Market tomorrow with Goan food for the second time this season. We'll be bringing the chicken xacuti and the sorpotel, asking with our sausage rolls. In addition we will be making some custelette (a Goan style beef schnitzel)sandwiches on the spot and frying up some delicious croquettes. We look forward to seeing you there tomorrow (16 Jul)! We'll be there rain or shine!

Thanks to everyone who came visited us at the Garrison Night Market last night. We had a blast meeting y'all and we hope you enjoyed our food. A special shout out to our friends who traveled all the way from Moncton to support us. Really felt the love.
