What a great weekend at the Caledonia Fair!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Panzeroli Wagon, said hello and grabbed some Panzeroli with us this weekend. We’ve loved seeing so many familiar faces and meeting plenty of new ones too. ❤️

Rockton World’s Fair, October 9–12! 🍂

We’ll see you there Thanksgiving weekend for four more days of fall fair fun and lots of Panzeroli.

We make them with homemade pizza dough stuffed with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and pizza spices, then serve them hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Simple ingredients and a family recipe we’ve been making since 1990. ❤️

Hot, golden Panzeroli stuffed with mozzarella, tomato sauce and pizza spices, with our hand-crafted marinara on the side for dipping.

The only real question is how much sauce is too much sauce? 😋
