Today we’re celebrating all the amazing dads, and especially a little bit of the man behind Tacos Carlitos Way. 🌮❤️

To our kids, he’s Dad. To our customers, he’s the guy grilling tacos with a smile. But behind the trailer is a hardworking father who spends countless hours preparing, driving, cooking, and serving so he can provide for his family while sharing a taste of Mexico with our community.

Whether he’s making tacos at an event, cheering from the sidelines, or simply being there for his children, family has always been his greatest motivation.

Happy Father’s Day to Carlos, and to all the dads, grandpas, stepdads, and father figures who lead with love, work tirelessly, and make unforgettable memories with their families.

Our are made with Juicy basa fillets, coated in a secret beer batter, fried to a golden crisp, and piled high with tangy red cabbage, creamy homemade tartar sauce, and a spicy kick of smoky chipotle sauce 🤤

People are saying it’s the best Fish Taco they have ever had.
