Hello again Prep’d Fresh community!

With some of the busiest months of the year coming up, we know this is normally the time you check out our new menus to place your orders with Prep'd Fresh🙌🏼

While we no longer operate Prep'd Fresh, we have chosen , another local meal prep company, to continue our legacy by providing you with delicious, healthy, ready-to-eat meals to fuel you through your weeks. To top it all off, they are a local, family-run business that takes the same level of care and attention to details as we always strived to do.

I got the chance to meet Christine, Jamie & the rest of the team this summer and came away feeling that I have left the Prep'd Fresh community in great hands.

As you know from our last post, Prep'd Fresh is sadly closing it's doors to the public. As we shut down the operations, we wanted to give our community one last chance to support the brand we've built up! Get your hands on one of the LAST remaining delivery bags we have on hand.

Great material with insulated linings on the inside to keep your groceries or food items cold. Can hold up to 8kg - trust us, we've tried! Only until quantities last and no delivery charge!!

I never thought this day would come when we started this journey 5 and a half years ago.

First and foremost, I want to say thank you. Thank you for your unwavering support, trust, and loyalty throughout our journey. Without you, Prep'd Fresh would not have grown into the thriving meal prep company it became. What started as a dream in my family's kitchen in 2018 turned into serving 35,000+ meals to 1,400+ families across Southern Ontario. Each day, it has been our mission to make your lives easier and healthier, providing delicious and nutritious meals for you and your families. Your enthusiasm, feedback, and encouragement have been the fuel that kept us going, and for that, we are forever grateful.

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that Prep'd Fresh will be forced to shut down due to financial challenges. Despite our best efforts, the realities of running a business, especially in these trying times, have become insurmountable. We explored every possible avenue to keep our doors open, but the losses make it no longer sustainable.

Please understand that this decision has not come easy. We have poured our hearts and souls into Prep'd Fresh, and it pains us deeply to see it come to an end. Our passion has always been to serve you, to provide convenience and nourishment, and to contribute positively to your lives.

As we embark on this difficult transition, we want you to know that we are exploring options for potential partnerships or opportunities that may allow Prep'd Fresh to live on in some capacity. We cannot promise anything at this moment, but we remain hopeful that our journey may continue in a new form. We will keep you updated should any developments arise.

Once again, I want to extend my deepest appreciation to each and every one of you. You have been the heart and soul of Prep'd Fresh, and we couldn't have come this far without your support.

Thank you for being a part of our Prep'd Fresh family. We hope that our paths will cross again in the future, and until then, we wish you all the happiness, health, and success in the world.

🐣CELEBRATE MOTHERHOOD WITH US THIS EASTER🐣

With more than 50% of our community being new moms, we wanted to find a way to support the incredibly difficult journey of pregnancy. Whether it's the 9 months leading up to birth or the completely new World you are thrust into after it, we wanted to find a way to help.🤰

That's why, we are launching an initiative to give back to our community and celebrate motherhood! On April 18th (Easter Monday) at 3pm, we will be sending out a link to enter our giveaway. The first 10 Mamas that enter will receive a FREE Prep'd Fresh Family Tray (no cooking required)!!🙌🏼

To enter, you either need to have given birth in 2022 or be currently expecting. If you know of anyone that fits the criteria and could use a night off of cooking, please have them join our e-newsletter (website) or dm us their name/email!🎉

After experimenting with plastic bags and insulated cardboard boxes, we knew that long-term we wanted to find a better solution to minimize waste. ♻️

That’s why we are SO excited to be officially launching reusable Prep'd Fresh Insulated bags!! (LIVE ON THE WEBSITE NOW)

Starting on Monday, April 4th - ALL orders will be delivered using these branded bags. Since they are reusable, we have set up a return system that gets you credit every week!!🙌🏼

With the year coming to an end, I just wanted to personally thank each and every one of you for the support you have given us this year. Whether you are a regular customer or have only ordered a couple times, we wouldn't be where we are without you.

After a long year, our team will be taking the next 2 weeks off to rest and enjoy time with family. We have some BIG plans for the new year. For the time being, we have uploaded our first menu of the year available for delivery on Monday, January 10th.
