At the 2026 North American Skål Congress, Canadian delegates participated in a special strategic planning session focused on one goal: ensuring the continued growth, strength, and relevance of Skål across Canada. Through collaborative discussions, members identified practical ways Skål Canada can better support local club leadership, strengthen the value proposition of membership, elevate the profile and influence of our organization, and enhance member recruitment and retention at every stage of the Skål journey. An action plan has now been developed, and many of these ideas are already moving forward. Over the coming months, members will begin to see new tools, resources, communications initiatives, leadership support programs, and membership engagement opportunities designed to help our clubs thrive. Together, we are building a stronger, more visible, and continually growing Skål Canada—one that delivers greater value to members today while positioning our organization for long-term success.
