This week at Crêperie Verlan, we may have accidentally created the perfect excuse to “just grab brunch.”
Our feature Toastie is stacked with roasted sweet potato, creamy goat cheese, spinach, French onion jam, and herb aioli… then topped with a dreamy poached egg because restraint is overrated.
Meanwhile, the crêpe special is bringing spring energy with ham, swiss, spinach, local asparagus, sunny egg, and leek aioli. Basically a French countryside picnic disguised as brunch.

Kahlua + coffee crème brûlée.
