Together, they’ll present a multi-course tasting menu inspired by their Filipino roots, drawing on family traditions, heritage flavours, and a shared passion for modern dining.

This exclusive experience will take guests on a journey through reimagined classics—think sopas, scallop adobo, palabok dumpling, spicy calamansi chicken wings, and bibinka with ube leche flan—woven into an elegant tasting menu designed to surprise and delight.
