THE HAYLEY is on special this week! Named after a beloved regular who loooooves egg salad! We miss her! Freshly made egg salad with house made mayo, pickled radishes, greens, micro greens and garlic aioli on our toasted multi grain bread. Perfect for this hot day! 🥚✨

We also have an amazing summer veg chowder full of local veg that we snagged at the Lake Echo Farmers Market while vending, which is honestly a pro move!! 😤

Ashley's famous potato salad with green beans and a zippy vinaigrette is in the case (it's vegan!) alongside some single serve heat and eat Mac n Cheese because we know you don't want to cook today either.

Our retail freezer is freshly restocked with meals!

Quick to learn, offer her two cents (complimentary) and always a delight to laugh with. Shannon LOVES MAKING COOKIES and it's a good thing because she makes many hundreds every week. We have a tasty Greek chicken wrap on this week! Chicken breast marinated in lemon, herbs and roasted garlic, preserved lemon + garlic yogurt sauce, cucumber, tomato, greens, pickled red onions, feta, mixed fancy olives and greens. Fresh and delish!

Soup this week is creamy veg with alllll the good things: carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, beets, squash YUM.

I can't believe we only have 3 more evenings on the lake at the Lake Echo Farmers Market 🥲 Your fave friendly bagel lady will be back this week, Weds July 29th from 530-8 pm! We'll have sesame, poppyseed, everything and jalapeno cheddar bagels. Our mini short and oat cakes and our sweet bialys! All the hits! Hope to see ya!
