This is Chef Mike’s Donair Flatbread Pizza. Seared Grass-fed PEI beef mixed with Chef’s secret spice blend and topped with grape tomatoes, onions and fresh mozza on a naan then drizzled with house-made Halifax donair sauce.

Is it a traditional donair? No.

Is it the best thing you could possibly wolf down after three beers on a Friday night? We’d say so.
