From Geneva to Halifax, your influence continues to shape what we do every day. Your leadership, guidance, and deep respect for the craft of pasta making have left a lasting mark on our kitchen.

We’re proud to carry forward the techniques, discipline, and passion you’ve shared with us - continuing to create pastas rooted in tradition, quality, and care.

As colleagues through Chefs Goutaoo in Geneva - a collective of French, Italian and Swiss Chefs dedicated to promoting local produce and culinary heritage - we share a philosophy that continues to guide our work.

Chef Vesso is proud to hold the Pasta Chef certificate from the Switzerland Pasta Association, along with certifications in both fresh and dry pasta from Fabrica Pasta in Geneva - a reflection of the knowledge and standards you’ve shared.

Beyond the craft, we value the friendship built over many years, from Switzerland to here in Halifax.
