This time, Molly’s taking on our Vegetable Turkish Borek, a dish with a lot going on in the best way.

Flaky pastry, caramelized vegetables, creamy tahini beetroot purée, yogurt, paprika oil, chickpeas and sumac.

Her picks?

🌸 Calafuria Rosé, an Italian rosé that brings freshness and brightness to all those rich, savoury flavours.

🍷 La Capitelle de Baronarques, for when you want something with a little more depth and structure alongside the dish.
