🔥 TILL DEATH BBQ — BY THE NUMBERS THANK YOU 🔥
Sometimes you get so busy cooking, serving, loading trailers, setting up weddings, running events, answering messages and feeding crowds that you forget to stop and look at what you’ve actually built.
So we did some math.
And wow. 😳
Since starting Till Death BBQ in 2017, we estimate that we have:
💍 Catered more than 175 weddings
🔥 Worked more than 500 weddings, festivals, fundraisers, corporate events, private parties and community events
👥 Served approximately 90,000 people
🍽️ Served nearly 19,000 guests through our restaurant alone during the two years we operated it
🥩 Served well over 25,000 lbs of meat — and realistically, probably a whole lot more
🔥 At some of our busiest festivals, we were serving approximately 40 POUNDS OF MEAT PER HOUR
⭐ Maintained a 5-star Google rating
❤️ Maintained 100% satisfaction through our social media accounts
And the wildest part?
These are still conservative estimates.
For years, our summers have meant weddings every Saturday from June through October, usually with multiple other events happening throughout the week.
Then there were the two years of our restaurant — open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday — serving roughly 45 people a day.
Add in festivals, Beerfest, fundraisers, weddings, school events, corporate lunches, private parties, community events and everything else we’ve cooked our way through over the years…
It adds up.
We’ve never been fancy.
We’re BBQ.
We’re smoke in our clothes, sauce on our hands, 16-hour days, briskets going on before sunrise, trailers packed to the ceiling and somehow always finding room to feed one more person.
And nearly 90,000 people later…
