At Crafty Ramen, we pride ourselves on making almost everything in house – crafting our broths, preparing our toppings and oils, and even making our own noodles from scratch. Our menu is inspired by Japanese ramen and contains a reworking of classic bowls combined with our own unique twists. No matter the offering, we put an innovative Crafty twist on everything we do. At Crafty Ramen, we make chef-developed frozen ramen inspired by the bowls we served in our estaurants. That means rich broths simmered for hours, real ingredients, and scratch made noodles we’re genuinely proud of.

And while we’ve grown a lot over the years, we’re still a family business at heart. Crafty Ramen is still operated by Jared and Miki, who started this journey with a simple goal: to build a community and share the sense of comfort they got from a bowl of ramen.

Our Crafty community showed up in a way we couldn't have imagined.

From hometown heroes and day one regulars to all the new friends we've met along the way, we were blown away by your support and cannot thank you enough.

Thank you to also the amazing folks at Costco and the incredible team at CDS who helped us hand out thousands of samples.

This was an amazing experience, and a LOT of hard work 😅, but we were so grateful for the opportunity to help achieve our goal of sharing our ramen with even more communities.

Expo West lfggggg! 🍜🚀

Two years ago we walked this floor as visitors… dreaming about what it would be like to one day show up with our own ramen.

At the time it felt incredibly far away.

Fast forward to today and somehow we’re actually here.

From a tiny ramen shop in Guelph to one of the biggest food shows in North America, where we get to share our ramen with people from all over the world.

Pretty surreal. ♥️

Grateful to be on this ride with our team, our partners, and everyone who’s believed in Crafty from the beginning.

From serving a lineup down the block in our tiny restaurant on day one, to building a walk in freezer the same size as that first restaurant nine years later, this has been a wild ride!

There have been so many people who have been a huge part of this journey. Whether, you've been around from day one in Guelph, or grabbing us in freezer aisles across the country: from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

We wouldn't be here without this incredible community.

All aboard the Crafty Wagon! We're bringing our ramen to east Toronto, and will be available at the Thorncliffe Park Costco from February 3 - February 15.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to support our first stop at Waterloo, and an even bigger thank you to the amazing team who helped us handout thousands upon thousands of samples.

It's been a wild ride so far, and we can't wait to keep sharing more comfort to more communities. ♥️
