A chapter closed for now...

Its bittersweet news that Rolling in the Dough is now closed for truck operations. It wasnt an easy decision but it is what is best for me and my health at this time. But dont think this is the end! I am still always available for cake orders or dessert trays and I still aim to open a storefront in the near future!

I want to thank everyone who helped me along the way: my family for supporting me and cheering me on from near and far, my friends for working alongside me and lending an ear when I needed it, the other food trucks of Niagara who guided me in running a business and always providing tasty trades and a couple of laughs, and to my customers who this wouldnt have been possible without. I am thankful to have been apart of such an amazing community and cant wait to see you again.

14ft Foodtruck for Sale: Asking $55,000

2006 Diesel Freightliner/Cummins truck with kitchen build done in 2023 brand new. Truck is 23ft total (kitchen is 14ft)

Truck is being sold as is, however 2023 and 2024 safety inspection reports can be provided to show all the work that has been done to upkeep the vehicle, and inspections for kitchen maintenance can also be seen. 435,000kms, still runs very smoothly. Will be cleaned thoroughly both inside and out before being picked up.

Kitchen build included:

-Steel plating floor to ceiling
-4ft Window install
-Lighting inside and outside
-Extended bumper and boxes for propane and generator
-Electrical (2 30amp circuits), 1x4 prong plug on back for power source
-Plumbing (2 piece wash sink plus hand wash sink, water heater, pump, 20L water tank and 50L waste water holding
-Hoodvents (wide enough for 2 fryers and a grill)
-Hood vent suppression system(cleaned professionally June 2025)
-Shelving inside and out
-Standard large fridge
-1 Deep fryer

Things added since opening:
-Stand up freezer
-Dry Prep storage
-Small convection oven (broken handle)
-Cash til
-Kitchen printer
-Fire extinguishers 10lb standard and 20lb class K
-Propane tanks 2x 100lb
-Edison bulb string lights
-Wifi router

Hey everybody,

I hope you all had a lovely holiday and are looking forward to a great new year.

Before the ad goes up I wanted to make a post addressing it, but I will be posting the Foodtruck up for Sale shortly.

This decision is not being made lightly, it is a culmination of many factors, but that does not mean that Rolling in the Dough will be gone forever. I am selling the truck, but not the business. I will always continue to sell cakes and any customer dessert orders year round, and will be rolling towards the end goal which has always been to open a bakery Cafe storefront.

That being said, if things can be worked out I will open for one more season, but my current goal is to sell. If you know anyone looking to purchase a truck, please send them my email or phone number, listed at the bottom.

Thank you to everyone who has shown their support over the last 3 years, to the friends I have made along the way, the other food trucks from the region who have given me help and advice when needed and share the love we all have for food and serving the public.

Although the foodtruck journey has been tough, its also been a blast and I appreciate everything Ive been learning along the way.

Who doesn't love pickles?!

This weekend is our last festival of the season and we're going out with a splash of pickle on everything! Come try these unique pickle flavored options we will have at the KB Events Canada Pickle and poutine fest Sat and Sun!

🥒🧀 Pickle Grill cheese
🥒🍟 and some Pickle fries to go with it
🥒Classic Deep fried pickle- but on a stick!
🥒🍋 wash it down with some Pickle Lemonade
🥒🍩 A savory donut stuffed with cream cheese annnndddd pickles!
🥒🍰 And lastly, if your taste buds can handle it, a pickle cheesecake for you extremists!
