Having an amazing team that supports you and pulls through every gate with confidence and dedication is irreplaceable. Love you guys.

… and the guests loved the dinner too 👑

One of my favourite parts of private cheffing is when a couple comes to me with a list of dietary restrictions and says, “Can you make this work?” Yep. We can. 🙌

For Zac & Abi’s wedding, we built the entire menu around what they actually needed — gluten-free, dairy-free accommodations, avocado allergy, shellfish concerns, halal-friendly fish options, no carrots, no dill, no balsamic dressing, vegetables kept firm, chicken prepared exactly the way they wanted it, and plenty of fresh fruit for dessert.

Nothing felt like an “alternative” meal. Nothing was an afterthought. It was just beautiful, fresh wedding food that everyone could sit down and enjoy together. ❤️

And the best part? A 5-star review afterwards. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

That is exactly why I do what I do. Dietary restrictions should never mean settling for a boring plate while everyone else gets the good stuff.

Congratulations Zac & Abi — thank you for trusting me with such an important day. 🤍

Abigail Austin Nolaas Gluten-Free Bakehouse & Café

Before they were a bride and groom, they were just two people who walked into Nolaa’s.

When Joshua and Kelly first came in and asked if they could get married here, I smiled and thought they meant they wanted to have their wedding dinner with us. Little did I know they meant their entire wedding. 🤍

On Friday, our little bakehouse became so much more than a restaurant. It became a place where vows were exchanged, happy tears were shed, families came together, and a room full of people celebrated a love story we’ll never forget.

To be trusted with such an important day is something we will never take for granted. Watching our little space transform into the backdrop for one of the biggest moments of their lives was incredibly special.

Joshua & Kelly, thank you for choosing Nolaa’s to begin this next chapter. Your love, your laughter, and the memories made within these walls will forever be part of our story too.

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. 🥂❤️

We’ll always remember the day our little place became your wedding home. 💍🏡

I am so very excited to welcome Josh & Kelly here tomorrow for their wedding! It’s all happening right here at Nolaa’s! Short rib and lemon herb chicken is on the menu for tomorrow so like any good Chef knows, good short rib can’t be done in just a day!

Had the honour of hosting a Bachelorette Party in .on.the.lake at my favourite .. not only did we do a curated dinner, but we collaborated on a full continental breakfast and a delicious brunch to pair with a winery day.

Limited dates available for rest of season .. I will travel anywhere ❤️ 🧑‍🍳

Travelled to Stratford and was honoured with hosting a family who has continuously supported my Chef Journey. It was a seafood night filled with Lobster, Crab, Scallops, Octopus and Mussels ..

We were lucky enough to find the Speakeasy 🤫
