We didn’t expect to be writing this.
But here it is.
We’re officially hitting pause on RIP Coffee for now.
And not because we’re tired — but because we’re facing some serious supply issues that are completely out of our hands.
Not to mention that the cost of raw coffee beans has more than doubled in the past year.
Global demand — especially from major Asian markets — has made sourcing a consistent supply even harder. The reality? There just isn’t enough good green coffee at a price that makes sense for a small Alberta brand like ours.
We built this brand for the grinders, the patch crews, the shop warriors. And we’re proud of every damn mug that got filled.
We’re not disappearing.
We’re stepping back, reassessing, and doing what we can behind the scenes while we develop a new strategy.
We’ll post occasional updates here while we figure out what’s next.
