Well… Grande Cache,
We are officially open on Tuesday (for reservations), and honestly, we are still processing the fact that we finally made it to the finish line. It’s been a wild ride!
Opening a business takes a village, and we truly would not be standing here today without the incredible community behind us.
There are a few specific people who went so far above and beyond to help us get our doors open, and we want to take a moment to say a massive thank you to them.
To Sharee, Dan, and everyone at the Legion, thank you for your endless help and support through this entire process; you have been an absolute rock for us.
We also owe a huge thanks to Judy for lending us the floor cleaner and polisher: you completely saved our floors.
Rueben!!! Thank you for letting us raid your toolkit, lending us supplies, and for making the amazing sign on our back door.
A massive shoutout goes to little Parker for volunteering his free time to help us out while still juggling high school,
and to Anna for rolling up your sleeves and helping us tackle the absolute nastiest cleaning jobs in the kitchen without a single complaint.
On the business and supply side of things, we want to give a huge thank you to Terry from GFS for continuously going above and beyond for us, and to Wally for being so incredibly patient as we figured everything out.
We also want to thank our phenomenal staff for being so understanding and patient in this process, and for being by our side while we learn this all together!
