The Role:
World-Bridging: Walk the line between gamer and barista. Being able to talk shop with passionate hobbyists, also ensure families, seniors, and casual coffee drinkers feel entirely welcome.

The Sales Pivot: Seamlessly turn customer inquiries about a kitchen menu into "grab & game" deli snack or retail sales.

The Meticulous Standard: Maintain an exceptionally neat, tidy, and spotless shop. If you love checklists and naturally "clean as you go," you will thrive here.

Cafe & Till Frontline: Manage the beverage bar, keep the snack case stocked, and run day-to-day transactions smoothly— when the owner runs events, you will have help.

The Stats We Need:
