Well, due to an anonymous report to food health and safety Baked will be closed Immediately. There is no way a business making about $50 per month can build separate cooking facilities. Thanks for the patronage everyone. Please come over for yummy coffee and baking anytime as a friend, I promise I will not poison you.

Good morning Bridge River Valley. Today we have cauliflower and cheese for lunch, bread is a nice hearty rye and delicious bagels. Banana bread for something sweet and yummy. Open 12-5pm.

Ok, here we go again. Open today (and every Thursday) 12pm-5pm. Today we have Fresh Oatmeal molasses bread, cinnamon buns, blueberry lemon loaf and butternut squash soup for lunch. Stop in for lunch or something warm and delicious to take home.

Hey all of my Baked friends. I have got a whole lot going on right now and I’m struggling to keep up. I’m going to close down the cafe for a couple of weeks so I can focus on a few things. I am still available to bake special orders, bread, special occasion cakes etc. I’ll be up and running again at the end of July with more regular hours and days. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there in the valley. Cafe and bakery open today and tomorrow 11-4. Whole-wheat bread, sourdough, bagels, cookies, muffins and pizza. The coffee is strong and hot and the house is cool.

Happy Monday all. The Post Office and the dump are open and so are we. Sourdough, oatmeal molasses bread, minestrone soup, BLT’s cinnamon buns (they go fast!) banana bread and oatmeal cranberry coconut cookies. Open until 4pm today.
