We've had ALOT of questions why we are closed Monday–Wednesday.. and yes the restaurant is closed but there’s usually a LOT happening during those three days.

Tuesdays especially have become one of our biggest production days. Between our ongoing YMCA programs, hundreds of individual baked goods, catering orders, charcuterie, corporate orders and prepping for the week ahead, our little kitchen is BUSY. This week alone by Sunday we will have fulfilled orders for over 900 people.

And lately? You guys have been keeping us very busy. 🥹 From large breakfast orders and grazing tables to weddings, corporate catering, boxes and everything in between, some of the biggest orders we've ever produced have been leaving this little Glencoe storefront lately.

Closing the café Monday–Wednesday has allowed us to give those orders the time and attention they deserve while still opening the doors later in the week for the brunch you know and love.

Need catering, charcuterie, trays or boxes? You can still reach out and place orders throughout the week. Our storefront hours and our catering availability are two different things!

We’re FULL from 12–2 today! 🤍🫖

Our High Tea has filled the dining room this afternoon, so reserved seating is fully booked from 12:00–2:00 PM.

Takeout is still absolutely welcome! 🥪☕️ Order your favourites to-go and we’ll happily get you taken care of.

Walk-ins are also welcome to try their luck — if we have a table available when you arrive, it’s yours! Just keep in mind that we can’t guarantee dine-in seating during this time.

A little baby brie update!

As many of you know, I'm expecting our newest little addition at the beginning of December!

With baby girl due December 5, we're starting to plan ahead for what the holiday season will look like at Let It Brie.

November 20 will be our final date for larger catering bookings and grazing tables before baby arrives. If you're planning an event before then, we highly recommend getting your date booked early!

After November 20, we'll still be here! 🧀 We'll continue offering our regular menu service, charcuterie boxes, smaller boards and other smaller preorder options while we wait for baby's arrival.

We will be closed December 5th & 6th just in case!

I will of course update as we navigate this new lifestyle!

The only closures at this moment will be December 5th & 6th. Our restaurant will still be open as per usual with our amazing team! Please be patient with me as I cannot give a date for our catering to resume as I will have to go based off my recovery... but as soon as I know I will announce it!

I know it's only September but we're planning ahead so we can continue serving you while also giving me a little time to adjust to life with our newest tiny employee. 🩷

More details about Christmas ordering and December availability will be announced closer to the holiday season.

Apparently I have officially reached the stage of pregnancy where I can no longer get close enough to my own charcuterie boards to photograph them properly.

Belly photobomb aside, LOOK AT THIS BOARD. 😍

Loaded with artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, berries, veggies, crackers, dips and all the little extras.

We'll be closing the restaurant at 12 PM today because Let It Brie is heading out on the road! 🚗

We are off to St. Thomas to cater a baby shower, while also heading out to cater a Celebration of Life — which means we're officially needed in two places at once today.

We hate cutting hours short, but we're incredibly grateful that you continue to invite Let It Brie to be part of so many important moments in your lives — from celebrations and new beginnings to gathering together to remember someone special.
