🌮It’s Taco Tuesday🌮 and we’re doing a sexy lil feature, tonight only, that you can get as tacos on soft corn tortillas or on crispy corn tostadas🎉. They are scrumdiddliuptious and you are going to wanna get your hands on these, for shizzle.

Slow roasted, then grilled, pork belly tacos (or tostadas, drizzled with sweet and tangy adobo glaze, shaved cabbage and pico de gallo. These are begging you to try them🤤.

This weekend‘s cocktail feature, the Coco Tequ’ito, is made just for you to sip on while you figure it all out. This lovely little number Is a cross between a mojito and a ranch water. 1800 Coconut Tequila, fresh lime juice, local organic mint from our restaurant garden, a sploosh of simple syrup, and a bit of soda water to refresh and delight.

🍹It’s Monday, my friends, which is sometimes bittersweet. So in order to celebrate Margarita Monday, our Bar Queen, Alina, has created this lil number for ya🍹✅, mmmkay.

💖The Bittersweet💖 Centenario Reposado tequila, Licor 43, grapefruit juice, lime juice, rhubarb syrup, and a corse sea salt rim to bring those flavours home.

She’s a little bitter, a little sweet, a little salty… Sounds like Monday to me. As usual, Classic lime margaritas are three dollars off on Mondays. Enjoy her while you can. She’ll be gone tomorrow.

Today we’re featuring one of our new summer favourites, the Spicy Watermelon Margarita, at $2 off. She is a delectable way to start off your week. 🎉🎉🎉Now hiring kitchen staff🎉🎉🎉

Lunitas Mexican Eatery is looking for kitchen wizards for our Back of House team. We are a fresh, artsy Mexican restaurant and craft cocktail bar located on the waters of the Gibsons Harbour. This is a fun, lively restaurant with an epic staff and gorgeous waterfront views. We are currently looking for dishwashers, prep cooks and line cooks.

Must be comfortable in a fast paced work environment and be a team player. Knife skills, knowledge of Mexican flavours, robot dance moves and funny jokes are a bonus. Starting pay will be based on position and experience ($19-$25) but are super happy to train you if you do not have previous industry experience. We have a great tip structure, adjust wages quarterly based on performance and offer extended medical, dental, and vision benefits to full time staff members. We are looking for extremely reliable part time and full time employees at this time heading into our Summer season.

Chef Edwin will be whipping up his take on a Latin American fusion favourite, Colombian corn arepas. These. Are. Crazy. Good. Each pillowy arepa is stuffed with either chicken or carnitas, queso fresco and mozzarella for that ooey, gooey cheese pull(you know the one😉. They are finished on the grill and topped with a esquites corn salad, feta cheese, green onions, and garlic chive blossoms from our restaurant garden’s over at . Bold Mexican flavors, Colombian tradition, and a whole lot of love on every plate.

We’re offering up one of our staff’s favourite rifts on our classic Baja fish taco. Tonight only, get a couple Tapworks Crispy Bouy Lager beer battered fish tacos, drizzled with herby avocado crema, perched on a pile of esquites (street corn tossed in our chili-garlic aïoli), and topped of with picked red onion.

🎥There will be a film crew around the restaurant this evening, so plenty of “people watching” to do while you sync your teeth into these tasty bouyssss! 🌮🎉
