As I reflect on my incredible journey as a sushi chef at Mya Sushi and the various other places I've had the privilege to work, I'm filled with gratitude. It has truly been an unforgettable experience crafting beautiful sushi creations for each and every one of you.

Today, I stand at a crossroads, ready to embark on a new adventure. In light of the challenges the restaurant industry has faced recently, I've decided to take a bold step towards opening up again from a food truck, where I can continue providing top-notch sushi wherever I go.

Your unwavering support throughout my career has been heartwarming, and I want to express my deepest thanks for being part of this incredible journey. I'm optimistic that our paths will cross again, and I can once more have the pleasure of serving you.
