$22/hour + tips, 30 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime. Must be able to work weekends. Starting ASAP.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking fresh food to order at Valley Grill. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work quickly under pressure, work well with others as part of a small team, and an understanding of kitchen operations.

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including prep areas, cooking surfaces, and storage.
Follow food safety protocols to ensure safe handling and storage of food items.

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to follow recipes and work within a team setting.
Foodsafe level 1 certification or the desire to become certified.
