Happy New Year, everyone! I hope you all have had a great start to the year. I thought it was about time i updated you all. Just before the holidays, my mixers unfortunately decided to start calling it quits. I have already replaced one mixer, and my industrial mixer just can't keep up with such long-running times. Between the mixers dying, the rising food costs, and ingredient shortages, I've decided to take some extra time off. I do this strictly as a hobby, and when it becomes this difficult to continue, I am forced to make these difficult decisions. At this point, I am trying to decide what I am going to do as we come into the spring market season. I absolutely love baking for all of you, and I will be back, I'm just not sure when or with what at this point.
Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me this far. This won't be the last of me, I promise you that!!
I will still be in my kitchen, baking and creating dishes for my own little family, and hope to still share some of my work with you (and maybe a recipe or 2).
